2011-2012 Sponsorship/Exhibitor Form

Thank you for your interest in supporting SCASFAA for the 2011-12 school year. SCASFAA is pleased to offer an electronic format for you to complete the sponsor/exhibitor process. Please use the form below to confirm your sponsor/exhibitor option for the year.

For 2011-12, there are several options, outlined on the form below. Sponsorship opportunities range from $1250 - $2000, including advertising opportunities and premium exhibitor location at the annual conference. There are also new a la carte options for your consideration. For 2011-12 the Exhibitor-only fee remains at $500. In return for your Exhibitor level support, your company will receive an exhibit space at the annual Conference.

When you complete the form, be sure to print your invoice and remit payment to our treasurer, Melissa Lutz, Newberry College, 2100 College Street, Newberry, SC 29108. Your final invoice page will also have instructions for sending the payment.

Sponsorship Login
I AM in the SCASFAA database
Fill in your Username and Password. Your next screen (Part 2) will be your Member Profile as it currently appears in the database. You may change your password and make any other necessary corrections. Click "Continue" to go to Part 3.

I AM NOT in the SCASFAA database
Your next screen (Part 2) will be a blank Member Profile page. Select a password. Do not use personal information for your password since this will be emailed to you. You will receive a copy of your Username and Password by email, following your initial login. Use these for any future logins. Complete the form and click "Continue" to go to Part 3.

Revise Your Sponsorship
If you are returning to revise your sponsorship, please use the "Revise Existing Sponsorship" section below. Enter your Username and Password. Part 2 is your Member Profile. In Part 3, your previous selection(s) will be shown. Make any necessary changes. Your previously entered sponsorship information will be deleted and replaced with the new.

Cancel Your Sponsorship
Cancelling your sponsorship? Select "Cancel Sponsorship" and enter your Username and Password. Your sponsorship will be deleted from the records and cannot be recovered.
